Hi, I’m Emilio – movement teacher, personal trainer, and a all lifelong practitioner dedicated to exploring the harmony between mind and body. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve helped countless individuals connect more deeply with themselves through movement.
Through my teaching, I blend practical experience with a deep passion for movement, creating a space where people can grow stronger, more resilient, and more in tune with their bodies and minds.

Hey, I’m Massih – psychologist, certified coach and passionate explorer of the mind-body connection. My journey has taken me from coaching leaders and teams in high-pressure environments to guiding individuals in spiritual retreats working with positive psychology, embodied practices and systemic coaching apporeaches. I merge science with practical experience to help people tap into their full potential.

P.S. Did you know what ‘dojo’ means?
Today, the term is most commonly associated with spaces for practicing martial arts. Historically, the term also refers to a formal training hall where transformational and spiritual practices are taught and practiced.
A dojo (道場) is a Japanese term that literally translates to "place of the way".
"Do" (道): This kanji means "way" or "path" and reflects a broader philosophical or spiritual journey, often tied to the pursuit of self-perfection.
"Jo" (場): This kanji means "place" or "location," indicating a specific physical or metaphorical space where practice occurs.
